I just love this picture. I was in a roadside lay by near the Roman garrison at Vindolanda and I stepped out to survey the scene for its landscape potential. HB insisted on stepping out with me and then insisted she was cold; I gave up on the landscape but liked the backlight on her hair but only had the time granted (by cold girl) for 3 quick clicks. This was the best of them. Her hair is awesome and it complements the long grass in the picture perfectly.
