I almost love this picture, but I’m afraid it falls short. Compositionally, the woman walking her dog is in the wrong spot. If I had pressed the shutter when she was nearer to the left and filling the empty space this would have been a stronger picture. It’s good to reflect on these things and learn from them I suppose.
Here’s a crude edit (the only kind I know how to do in Photoshop) to Illustrate my point. It looks like an edit, and I wouldn’t use it of course, but I think it looks more balanced:
